ITINERARY

  • Our driver will meet you at your Athens accommodation and head out of the city towards Corinth by making first a short stop (about 20 minutes at the top of the Corinth Canal for photos and to enjoy the stunning view.
  • We then continue our trip to reach Diakopto so you can board the train and cover a beautiful 22km rack rail (about 1 hour) to Kalavryta town.
  • After the driver picks you up from from the station, he will take you to visit the Holocaust Museum and monument of Kalavryta.Lunch break.
  • After your lunch you have the option either to visit the Cave of Lakes located about 20km away from the town OR the Mega Spileon monastery.
  • It is now time to head back so you will be driven back the same route and arrive after about 2.5 hours at your Athens accommodation.

NOTE : This tour is also ideal for holidays when the archeological sites are closed.
